If you need to return, you will pay shipping. My blanket was 30 lbs and cost me 40 bucks to ship from Colorado to their address in Arizona.

Trying to return haven’t responded to my emails

Great blanket

I liked the idea of a weighted blanket but thought I would never be able to sleep under one. I am a thasher when I sleep and my sheet was always in a knotted mess when I woke up. That does not happen now. I find it hard to explain because it feels so heavy getting into bed, but once I'm in, it is so cuddly and almost feels like it floats above you. The reasons I thought I wouldn't like it (to hot, I'll feel trapped, the silky side of the duvet cover will feel to cold getting in) none of them were right. I love my blanket. Customer service was also great.

My item was never shipped and the company hasn't responded to me after multiple attempts to multiple emails

Liked the first blanket so I ordered a second one and after a month it still has yet to be shipped. Reached out to company through both of their emails and have never gotten a response. Store is unreliable at best. Do not order from them
